Our primary coverage responsibility is to the hospital community and surgical centers, with a focus on products for interventional procedures. SOTA acknowledges its primary responsibility to its customers by bringing products to the market that provide better patient care, cutting-edge technology and a financial advantage to our customers. The products are delivered with unsurpassed service, product support and product knowledge.
About State of the Art Medical ProductsSOTA Medical Products, Inc. has been in business for 35+ years. SOTA is a specialty surgical sales, distribution and logistics company. SOTA's sales territory includes the states of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and the eastern half of Pennsylvania. Our management team has over 75 years of sales, sales management and clinical experience. To properly support our customers, SOTA Medical Products has evolved into two separate sales teams: our CardioVascular/Intervention Procedures Division and our Surgical Products Division.
Management TeamKeith LambiePresident and Founder
Keith Lambie has spent 30+ years in medical sales and management. Prior to SOTA, Keith spent five years with Shiley, Inc. At Shiley he distinguished himself with numerous sales awards, including Sales Representative of the Year and finished his Shiley career in Sales Management. Keith oversees the entire organization. He is actively involved in the sales of all products, as he continues to be in the field lending assistance wherever he is needed. It is unusual to find a hospital where the name Lambie is not known in a positive way. Dena Lambie, RN, CNORVice President
Dena Lambie prepares educational programs for our customers and sales team. She assists with in-servicing and provides clinical support. Dena is responsible for making certain all of our people have the proper credentialing to meet the new standards set by hospitals. Dena's ten years of clinical operating room experience and her two years as a board member of AAMI make her well qualified for this position. Ross LambieDirector of Business Development
Ross Lambie joined SOTA in 2011. He began his career specializing in the sales of Chemence products. In 2013, Ross transitioned to our Cardiac and Interventional Procedures Division as a sales person representing the territory of New York City and Long Island. In 2016, he accepted the responsibility to guide and train new Cardiovascular team members. In 2018, Ross became our Director of Business Development and expanded our sales footprint to include all of the New England states. Ross is currently working as a sales trainer, product specialist supporting the Cardiac / Interventional Procedure sales team, and seeking new technologies to strengthen SOTA's portfolio. Ross graduated from Lafayette College with a degree and certification in financial theory and analysis. Jessica DePrinceDirector of Sales
Jessica DePrince is in her 5th year with State of the Art Medical, joining the distributorship in 2014 as a Surgical Sales Specialist achieving success in her tenure until being promoted to Director of Sales for the Surgical Division and most recently the Cardiac Division. Jessica oversees and leads the growth of sales within the organization working closely with management and ownership to achieve success. A 2005 graduate of Drexel Universities LeBow School of Business, Jessica has continued her education in sales methodologies and operations including Villanova's professional Six Sigma Lean Program in 2017. Leading teams as former collegiate athlete provided a natural transition to leading a team of sales professionals in achieving both individual and team goals, Jessica takes great pride in carrying forth the reputation and culture established by the Lambie name over the past 30 + years. |
